Falcon

Background Cost: 8

Falcon is a noble spirit, looking deeply into the Garou heart and rewarding virtue and honor where he finds them. Those who dare to ascend the high aeries come away with stories of glory and honour to match those of the greatest legends. Falcon sends his children to watch over the most promising packs, particularly those in which Silver Fangs are prevalent. He unites the Silver Fangs in a shared vision of excellence in duty.
Traits: Falcon gives all his children two Willpower Traits and the ability Leadership x 2. Falcon's children also gain the Social Traits: Charismatic and Dignified.

Ban: Dishonour is worse than death, and Falcon's followers cannot allow themselves to lose Honour renown. They must put right the wrong if possible, and if not perform a Rite of Contrition and then hurl themselves against some powerful minion of the Wyrm. A righteous death or grand victory may remove the stain.

Falcons have long been associated with nobility and the aristocracy. The earliest examples of falconry dates
back to Asia, around the 7th century B.C. Over the centuries it spread through out Asia and Europe. In almost
every instance it has been a sport of Emperors and Kings.

Thus it is not difficult to understand why the Lords of the Garou have Falcon as their guiding totem spirit.
Falcons have long been attributed with grace, style, and wisdom. Traits also associated with the Silver Fang
tribe.

One such story talks about an ancient king of Persia. Who upon seeing a wild falcon take down a passing bird
became fascinated in the falcon. He ordered it captured and kept it by his side at all times. It is said that he
learned much from the bird and was a much wiser ruler as a result.

The Silver Fangs would have no other totem than the very symbol of nobility. Nor would Falcon accept
anything less noble than that of the Silver Fangs. The pride of Falcon is the Silver Fangs, and the Silver Fangs pride themselves on being
followers of Falcon. They are as one being. They rise as one, and fall as one.
